On Time Cargo and Courier Service

I sent a package from Nepal to France with 2 bottles of Shilajit, carefully packed at the center and well-protected. They charged me a lot of money and I thought that it will be well done. Despite my precautions, the package arrived in complete chaos: everything scattered, bags torn, the bottles were in the corner and not in the middle like I ve put them, and one bottle smashed.

When I reported this, the company refused to take any responsibility, didn’t even try to find a solution, and tried to blame me for “poor packing,” which was completely false. They have now blocked me on WhatsApp.

So, when everything goes well, no problem—but the moment there’s an issue, they vanish.

Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. Avoid at all costs.
