Liberty Energy IPO

Liberty Energy Company Ltd announced opening for 34.65 lakhs unit IPO share applications from 3rd Bhadra, 2077 to general public. With a paid-up capital of Rs. 112 Crores, it issued Rs. 37.5 Crores to both local and general investors. There was an over-subscription to the IPO from online meroshare.cdsc and offline means.

However, since 7th Bhadra, 2077, the application was seen missing on the meroshare login. There is no footprint of Liberty Energy IPO share application to it. Many of investors were worried about this. But since 9th Bhadra, 2077, it was corrected and the application was seen to be back online.

Liberty Energy Company Limited (LECL) incorporated in December 2009 as a private limited company was converted into a public limited company in March 2016. The company is promoted by 402 promoters. The company is developing 25-MW Upper Dordi ‘A’ HEP in Faleni and Dhodeni VDC, Lamjung district of western Nepal.
